Yeah, so, I'm just going to dump out random garbage that assumes that other people actually WATCH this tripe.
Anyway, this is a Nicktoon that's supposed to be an anime parody - but it rarely ever strays too far from standard American cartoon fare except for the occasional background reference (I'm partial to the washed up Speed Racer myself). Completely stupid, really - it's the kind of thing where I watch it and enjoy myself even as I can feel my brain cells slowly dying.
Irony - being produced by 4Kids, and yet dedicating an episode to MOCKING 4Kids. Hah hah owned. Though technically, the American LilyMu dub suffered more from Cardcaptors syndrome... are there any 4Kids dubs that shifted focus from one main character to another? *ramble* Still had the whole dialogue rewrite, though. Something about a giant muscled Goku reference (hi Gonard) squealing "I'M PREGNANT!" makes me laugh. Every. Time.
Kappa Karaoke - epic? Yes? Yes it was. I Pull The Strings was so much awesome condensed into 2 minutes that all of that awesome leaked into the rest of the episode. Even though Guano kept SQUEALING in his songs. Your daddy's better than you at this, Guano, shut your mouth and let Ozu sing about how awesome he is.
Speaking of Guano. What is he? I think the answer is "whatever the plot calls for" as to whether he's a little furry thing or a human dressed as a little furry thing... but really, considering the business with Ozu being his FATHER, thinking about him being a little creature just gives me a headache. D; Ozu, I think there may have been something Kyoko wasn't telling you.
And finally - Lily needs to be smacked. Very hard.

That... that's doesn't even make any sense. Unless you take it to mean... no, no doesn't make any sense that way, either... ah... what were they trying to say, exactly? If it's produced in America, it's not anime. No. Sorry. Try again.
I also hated it when people labelized "Teen Titans" as anime, as well as totaly spies and Martin mystery. though I do like both those shows, I just dont lable them as "American anime" that doesnt make sense like Irky had mentioned as well, ^//^
