So, I thought I'd start this thread, because it seems to be a big issue for me. This is the place to put anything you want about work or employment, or anything related. I seem to have extremely bad luck when it comes to this. I live outside of a small town, so there aren't many jobs to be had. I am also physically disabled with a bunch of medical issues which narrows it down even more. Plus, post secondary education for people is pretty low here, so there are even fewer student jobs. I have worked in many different jobs, and many student jobs. But, I have spend a vast majority of my life unemployed (probably about half the time). I'll send out like 80 + resumes out, and get barely any leads. I'd try to get on welfare, but that means I'd have to move out to qualify, and that kind of life would suck even more.
I've had student loans to pay for university, but now they are too high so that I have to pay it off before I go back (which around here could take awile).
This means I have spent most of my life with very little, or no money. Anyone else out there with this problem? I have to watch my monies very carefully, and I have to take money from mom more than I'd like to admit. This is pretty hard for me because I've always been super independent.
Why am I babbling? Maybe some of you out there in bubblegum world share in the money issue. and, also to say - a very very big thank you to all of you who are so kind to share your music to listen too. I try to get as much as I can, but until I am rich and famous - I am extra special appreciative of you all. Thank you! I send you all rainbowy thoughts of love! : )
