Today I got my new baby~.. Her name is Chisa, which is short for Chiisana, which means 'small' in Japanese. Well, kinda. I think. The actual adjective is 'chiisai,' but I know 'chiisana' is another way to say it. Oh boy, I must be excited, I'm rambling already ^-^;

She is so named because she has a 12.1 screen, the smallest I could find *grin*
She only has a 160 gig memory, and with Vista, or whatever junk they put on it I haven't taken off yet, I only have 103 gigs left. But I'd much rather give up a little bit of memory for such a small frame. A little girl deserves a little computer, ne? ^-^ But anyway, I also got my mom to agree to giving me $100 for an external harddrive in a few weeks. The $100 one has 250 gigs, but if I put $70 of my own money with it, I can get the 500 gig one @-@!! zomg, I'll be set for life! XD
She also has a swivel-screen, which I didn't even notice 'til I got her home @-@;
My mommy bought her for me as a belated graduation gift. She's a floor model, so she was only $850, and at the check out lane, my mom needed a penny.. so now when people ask me how much I paid for my laptop, I can tell them 'A penny ;D ' ... XD
(Btw.. I name all of my expensive toys (and lots of inexpensive ones, too.. I like naming things.. it makes them more mine ^-^).. My car is 'Ichiko,' 'First Child' .. my cell phone is 'Keiko,' a nickname for 'kei' from 'keitai' which is 'cellphone'
.. and my mp3 player (that I actually just bought for myself a couple of weeks ago) is 'Kuroi-kun' .. 'Mr. Black' .. ^-^;! .. my friends get confused when I talk to my toys because they can't remember which is which.. 
)
Also today I got my school all~ paid for, and we learned that my daddy is coming home because there's a job opportunity for him here in Wichita.. o.o!
