Hello, everybody out there in Bubblegum Land!
It is wonderful to see that people still like and are talking about my band Yumm Yumm & my records.
To quote The Smiths "it's time the tale were told"
I am Nivek Tek the creator and producer of Yumm Yumm. I am also the true voice (rapper) of all of the records.
There is too many misconceptions of who Yumm Yumm is and how it all came to be, why we made the changes we made, and because of that, I figure I should finally set the record straight, so very soon on my personal website I will publish the whole story of Yumm Yumm and some never before seen photos as well as the original music video, interviews, etc.. so you can see, hear and follow along in the progression of Yumm Yumm..
All questions will be finally answered in my tell all expose! The site is not live yet, so just go and friend me on face book NIVEK TEK and that will keep you up to date.
First, I want to correct a few things in CatscratchFan4004 's wonderful review. However, as I mentioned before the whole story will be on my website soon. Thank you CatscratchFan4004 for giving me the idea to finally come clean and tell the long overdue tale of Yumm Yumm. =)
BELOW IS THE POST FROM CatscratchFan4004 and my answers
Mar 29 2011, 09:12 PM My next review is probably one of the,if not THE,weirdest album I've EVER had to review. XD lol.
Yumm Yumm was a dance group formed in the United States during 2001,originally consisting of members Sugar B. (Jesselynn Desmond),Candy Wrapper, and E-Villain (producer Nivek Tek).
Nope, it was formed in 1997, the year we first recorded Happy Day.
Their original concept was like that of Lazytown, and was very silly. Their debut LP "Whole Lotta Fun" was released in 2001,and they had already generated a "whole lotta" attention in the states. For unknown reasons, however, the group went inactive after 2001,and the project was dropped. In 2007,under the new label ISV Entertainment, producer Nivek Tek gave Yumm Yumm a makeover, and turned it into your average pop group. The new group re-recorded the original single "Happy Day",which became a hit,and released a Christmas single the next year. Again, the group went inactive, and no more releases is to come.
Kind of true, to an extent, but look for my YUMM YUMM- THE TRUE STORY soon to fill in all of the blanks =)

Yumm Yumm - Whole Lotta Fun (LP) (2001)
1.Happy Day (Radio/Video Edit)
The most well-known Yumm Yumm song period, due to it's chartings in both 2001 and 2007,making it well into the top 10 both times. The song has catchy lyrics, almost like that of a nursery rhyme, and has some "hidden meanings" XD lol. A nice start off to a strange group.
Nope, no hidden meanings in Happy Day. It is simply about how happy you are when you are in love, and for all you single ladies and gents out there, it is just a song about being happy! The group is a lot more strange than you thought, or possibly less.. but you'll have to read the full story soon on my site to find out for yourself.
2.Ready Freddy (Radio Edit)
Continues in the same style of the first track, with a more bouncier tune, but not as bouncy lyrics. Still good, though.
3.Boom Boom Bang Bang (Radio Edit)
A song originally written by the same team who worked for the Swedish pop group Blue Monster, both did the song, with the song eventually being given to Yumm Yumm. Blue Monster's version is avalable via the website Ubetoo, where it was released in 2008 as a demo track.
Nope Boom Boom Bang Bang was written by me ( Nivek Tek) I collaborated with Adam & Anna from Blue Monster when I was living in Sweden in 2000. Blue Monster stole and released the track with the monster voice without my permission illegally. Very important to know Adam & Anna did not steal my track, it was their creators.
4.Happy Day (Music Video)
The CD comes with a music video, but since mine was a demo,I don't have it. If anyone just happens to run accross it,please let me know. Thanks.
I have it.. I have it! You all will see it soon.. It's nothing exciting, but it's a Whole Lotta Fun!
So in all? I'd give this thing 10/10. It is hilarious, silly, random, and fun for anyone. Have fun. lol.
Yeah!!!!!! a 10/10 I'm so flattered and impressed! Thank you. You got it right my friend, the whole reason I did Yumm Yumm was to have fun, laugh at ourselves and not take life or ourselves too seriously!
Support the music industry by BUYING music from your favorite artists. Thank you to all of our fans and supporters, especially those who actually BOUGHT our records. I love you & Yumm Yumm loves you. Until we meet again.....BIG bubblegum kisses. Nivek Tek
