Hi everyone,
Bubblegum Dancer will be seeing some changes for 2008, and I want to know your opinions on them, as well as any other ideas you might have for the New Year.
I am planning on a revamp of the Web site's layout, but I don't know if I'll have it finished in time for the New Year because Christmas at both work and home is going to be extremely busy. As well as a new look, Bubblegum Dancer will hopefully get a few more features. I want to rearrange the "sections", completely removing the Vault as it probably isn't necessary, expanding the Artists section (I want to divide it into "Database" which will contain all artists) and "New Artists."
This will link in with probably the most significant update for 2008; the addition of a new promotional section. I want to help promote new bubblegum dance artists that will hopefully arise with the comeback of Aqua next year, as well as current artists such as Cosmo4 and Bo & Monica who are yet to release an album. I might charge a small amount for this promotion too, just so I can make some money lol. I'm not 100% sure how I'll work the promotion (any ideas, anyone?), but it'll most likely be little ads and emails - I'll add a Mailing List feature too.
I'll probably get rid of the Lyrics Section temporarily because it's not very professional looking and is no where near completion, but it might come back when I get more time to do it. As well as that, the artists' pages all need to be reformatted, and menus needed to be added (Yummie's and a couple of others have already been done). This is gonna take a while lol, but hopefully when it's all done the finished product will make it all worth while.
If you have any suggestions please let me know! The reason why I'm telling you this is because I'm hell bent on knowing what you guys think, and what you guys WANT. ;D

I didn't want a huge change coz I want to maintain the familiarity as you said hehe ;D
, but maybe in the 'news' section or whatever, you can list new artists that are either brand new, or that us bubblegum dancers have never heard of, and also to make announcements when there are any new singles and albums released by the artists that we know of already. It can get kind of scattered in the threads and posts, and sometimes I either forget to read them, or I will read them, and then forget who the artist was or the song. So this would really help me out!
