Belle is a Bubblegum Dance/Bubblegum Pop oriented artist from Sweden. She is currently signed under the label Yummie Records as of 2011 and was formerly signed with Pama Records. During an interview, she cited that her influences were Aqua and BWO.

Belle's career started in Sweden with the semi-popular single called "Rider Omkring", released in 2007. From there, she went on to release another single, a cover of the song "Mister Mister", which was made popular in 2006 by the short-lived girl group Wonderland. The song attracted a lot of attention for Belle, especially for the UK-based Scandinavian superblog called Scandipop.
Belle's third single was "The Show", which was moderately popular in Sweden in 2009, but her real fame started with the single picture above. Her fourth single "Sound Of Summer", which was promoted with 100% Party in Sweden, became a huge hit for Belle, going straight to #1 in the Swedish Dance charts during the summer of 2010, and a corresponding music video was filmed for the single and released on YouTube later in 2010.
Belle's latest single has been the Bubblegum Pop flavored Dance track called "Spellbound" in 2011. The song is an amazing blend of Bubblegum Pop and Dance music and is a must for any Dance music fan! A remix edition of the single was released in November 2011.
With the new direction of the Dance music world, I have a lot of faith in Belle and I hope she will continue to impress me and make more great Dance music.
She's currently one of my favorite active singers. To me, she's like the new Lene Alexandra since Lene went all Jazz-Pop and doesn't do Dance music anymore, but she does it in a style that only Belle could produce.What are your thoughts on Belle?
Update: It was recently announced that Belle's next single will be "Sisters Anthem", a club styled track, due to be released in August 2012!
